Porous carriers for proteins, drugs and volatile compounds.
We study how pore architecture and polymer interactions influence molecular uptake and release. Published examples include protein adsorption on porous pectin, indomethacin delivery and menthol retention in polysaccharide matrices. Environmental, biomedical and energy applications form part of the broader research direction.
